Ranch SpaClub on Cunard’s Queen

Located
on one of the grandest cruise ships ever built
is a world-class spa facility operated by
the renowned Canyon Ranch. Located in 20,000
squarefeet of space on the Queen Mary
2, Canyon Ranch SpaClub – the only
one at sea – offers its signature treatments
and massages, including the Ashiatsu, which
has the therapist hanging from a bar above
the table to perform a deep tissue massage
with his or her feet. After a treatment, you
can relax in the AquaTherapy Centre, with
its Thalassotherapy pool, neck fountains,
deluge waterfall, and more. Cunard allows
passengers to pre-book services 21 or more
days prior to your departure date, so don’t
delay. If your sailing is less than 21 days
out, you must wait to book services when you’re
onboard. www.cunard.com |

A
visit to a serene AquaSpa on one of Celebrity’s
ships will transport you to far-away lands
with treatments inspired by exotic cultures.
You can indulge yourself with a lime and ginger
salt glow or a jasmine flower bath. Or unwind
in the warmth of the Persian Garden. The spa
experience on the recently renovated Century
is enhanced with the line’s first dedicated
treatment space for Acupuncture at Sea, as
well as the first stand-alone AquaSpa Café,
which offers exceptional – and healthy
– cuisine. www.celebritycruises.com |

Spa on SeaDream I and II |

The
spas on both of SeaDream’s yachts are
small, but well equipped given the size of the
ships. These intimate facilities, affiliated
with the Thai Spa Association, provide a full
complement of Asian pampering treatments including
massages, facials, and body wraps. Personal
service and attention to details are what make
the time spent in a SeaDream Spa so heavenly.
Imagine enjoying a relaxing massage while taking
in the exquisite beauty of orchids placed in
a bowl underneath the table’s face-hole.
